18 NEW, SUMPTUOUS CULINARY CREATIONS – YOURS TO INDULGE IN AT VILLAGE TAVERN

From small plates, pizza, pasta, steaks, desserts and other scrumptious dishes in between, there’s something that awaits guests with varying tastes at Village Tavern.

18 new  dishes, created by  talented chefs (Village Tavern International’s Corporate Chef, US-based Grace Viado, Bistro Group’s Corporate Chef Josh Boutwood and new Bistro R & D chef Jason Stacy), now grace the restaurant’s menu. With three culinary stalwarts sharing their expertise to plump up Village Tavern’s food offerings, the results are exceptional.

Guests can feast on Three-Cheese Elote, a “small plate” that is perfect to nibble on while sipping your favorite drink. The appetizer section of the menu, meanwhile,  gets a boost with the Cowboy Chips and Pimiento Cheese Fondido.

For those who are partial to food that is healthy and green, Village Tavern offers the classic Cobb Salad and the VT Market Salad.

Now, on to flatbread, pizza and pasta. The new selection includes the Three Cheese Smoked Bacon Flatboard, Bacon and Chicken Pesto Pizza and for your pasta fix, Chorizo Bolognese and Pappardelle al Vongole.

Village Tavern is a place for some serious eats featuring classic American dishes and with this in mind, its three top-rate chefs introduced tavern specialties like  French Cut Pork Chop, Honey Mustard Pork & Ribs,  Bacon-Wrapped Salmon and Gruyere Cheese Mustard  Sauce and Buttered-Seared Halibut.

Naturally, a visit to the restaurant will not be complete without tasting its steaks, particularly the new  and succulent 14-oz T-Bone that will capture the heart of any discerning meat lover.

Burgers and sandwiches are worth digging into. Sample  the mouth-watering Truffle Burger, Foie Gras Burger and the Pimiento Cheese BLT.  You simply can’t say no to these beauties!

Finally, a decadent Macadamia Chocolate Fudge is a sweet way to round up your meal.
