I promised myself that I will make this month my fitness month. Well, it’s been almost a month since I last workout! LOL! With my full confidence, I even told my friends that I can lose 20lbs by May this year in exchange of a Whey Protein. And of course, to lose weight, I also have to watch my diet that is why I tried Delicious Diet, which I found on Instagram!

I’m already on my third week of Delicious Diet program and it really helps me a lot!

Since I’m on my late twenties, my metabolism did slow down so it’s really hard for me to lose weight without watching my diet. I know I weigh more than my ideal weight and I have to do something about it. I took this photo before I started the Delicious Diet program.

Because of my busy schedule and I always go out for meetings and errands, I don’t have time to cook some meals for myself so I always end up going to fast food restaurants, which is the reason why I gained so much weight; but with Delicious Diet, I don’t have to worry about the food that I’m going to eat from breakfast to dinner. The maximum calories of their meal program for the whole day is 1,200 calories –which means that you don’t have to worry about gaining weight. However, 1,200 calories a day isn’t enough for me since I’m 6feet tall, so they told me that I can have some small snacks whenever I’m hungry but I have to avoid white rice.

Some people, including me, are having a hard time dieting. Delicious Diet don’t do calorie labeling to their meals because it’s not appetizing when you count the calories on every meal. Dieting should be fun. Dieting should not be stressful. You don’t have to starve yourself to lose weight and sacrifice taste when dieting. Delicious Diet meals are really Delicious!

They post the meal plan on their Instagram and Facebook for the whole week so you would know what to expect everyday. If you notice, Saturday and Sunday are not part of the meal plan because they consider it as rest days for the muscle in the tummy. This is also to avoid sudden urges or cravings.

Delicious Diet meals for the next day are delivered fresh everyday between 4-6pm!

I failed to achieve my goal to make March may fitness month but with the help of Delicious Diet, I’m confident that I didn’t gain weight this month. I know my physique didn’t improve because of the lack of workout but I know when I get back to the gym + Delicious Diet program, I can get back into shape in no time! I’m excited to weigh at the end of March to see if I lose even just a little weight. Haha!
