CONDO LIVING AT SOLEMARE PARKSUITES

CONDO LIVING AT SOLEMARE PARKSUITES

Whenever I have meetings and events in Ortigas and Makati, it usually takes me two to three hours to get there because of the heavy traffic along the way. No matter how early I leave the house, being late is inevitable.

Few weeks ago, I was invited to experience living in the condominium at Anchor Land’s Solemare Parksuites, located in Pasay city, near Mall of Asia.

Solemare Parksuites

Solemare Parksuites is composed of 18-storey towers containing a mix of residential, commercial, and office units, as well as various recreational facilities that offer convenience, comfort, and safety. Units vary from 25.5sqm studios to 160sqm four-bedrooms. Upon turnover, each unit is fully fitted and semi-furnished. Residents have the option to combine two units for more living space.

Solemare Parksuites

Solemare Parksuites allotted over 500sqm of space for leisure, entertainment, fitness, and relaxation amenities, such as a mini theater, swimming pool, badminton courts, game room, and green outdoor spaces.

They even have a half-court basket court! Too bad I wasn’t able to bring a basketball with me.

They have two separate gyms to accommodate more residents.

Solemare Parksuites is only a five to ten-minute walk from MOA Arena. If only I had a unit here, I wouldn’t have problems going to concerts and ball games!

We also checked other model units.

And here was our one bedroom unit at the 11th floor of Solemare Parksuites.

The balcony of our unit is spacious, perfect for relaxation because of the sunset view and city lights.

We had our lunch at APU in City of Dreams, which is only a two-minute drive from Solemare Parksuites. APU means grandmother in Kapampangan.

Beef Kare Kare (690php) | Beef tail in an atsuete-flavored peanut sauce made creamy with first-press coconut milk served with yard-long beans and homemade shrimp paste. Definitely a must-try!

Solemare Parksuites

APU’s Sizzling Pork Sisig (390php) | It was a bit salty so you don’t have to add soy sauce.

Solemare Parksuites

Kinilaw na Tanigue (680php) | Ceviche of raw fish in coconut vinegar and chilis.

Solemare Parksuites

Ensaladang Mangga (350php) | Green mango salsa with tomatoes tossed in shrimp paste.

There’s a Figaro at the ground floor of Solemare Parksuites so you can grab a coffee or breakfast before heading to work.

We also tried Seaside Dampa, which is only a five-minute drive from the condo. It is where you can buy fresh seafood and have it cooked in any restaurants of your choice beside the market.

There’s also a home service massage, just ask the front desk of Solemare Parksuites.

One of the things you have to consider when buying a condo unit is the view from the balcony. We were lucky to have a unit facing the sunset so Trice and I were able to enjoy it.

The city lights were also nice!

Of course, our staycation wouldn’t be complete without trying out the karaoke room. It was a fun night with these people! I got drunk and they bullied me by leaving me alone in the room – good thing I was able to wake up before they went to their units. LOL

Solemare Parksuites is located at Lot 9-1A, Aseana Business Park, Diosdado Macapagal Blvd, Parañaque, Metro Manila, Philippines.
