After months of longing for Wrong Ramen’s ramen, I finally had the chance to go back and satisfy my cravings!
Wrong Ramen recently launched a new dish in collaboration with Osaka’s Hanamaruken Ramen, the Arakawa Abura Soba. (I’m actually craving for this as we speak)
The Arakawa Abura Soba (295php) comes with pan-fried Wrong Ramen noodles that are flavored with reduced tonkotsu, Hanamaruken’s legendary pulled pork ribs, their homemade seasoning, negi, nori strips, menma, a runny egg(my favorite), and good old R.Lapid’s chicharon.
The set comes with a cup of shio broth
and mildly pickled eggplant.
The separate broth is a perfect balance for the flavorful Arakawa Abura Soba!
Of course, my visit isn’t complete without my favorite appetizer, Red Cow Tamagoyaki (255php).
Chasu Rice Rolls (125php).
Bacon & Cheese Katsu (265php).
The Bacon & Cheese Katsu (265php) is coated in deep fried Japanese breadcrumbs and it got cheese in the middle with sweet wasabi.
Wrong Ramen’s Arakawa Abura Soba is available only until August 15, 2014 and is limited to 30 bowls per day! So what are you waiting for?
